Information you provide to create a matrimonial profile: name, mobile number, date and time of birth, birth place, gotra, city, education, occupation, income, photos, family details (parents' names and occupations, siblings, native place), partner preferences, and an optional guardian contact and address.
Solely for matchmaking within our community: showing your profile to other verified members, computing Gun Milan compatibility, and enabling invites and chat between families. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
Privacy is layered and enforced on our servers: non-members see only a blurred photo, first name, age and city. Full details and photos are visible to subscribed members. Your contact details are shared only after you accept a family's invite — and only if your own privacy setting allows it. You control additional settings: pause invites, restrict photos until acceptance, hide your activity status, or hide your profile from browsing entirely.
Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure. Passwords are stored as salted hashes; chat messages are encrypted at rest; photos are served only through access-controlled links. Payments (when live) are processed by Razorpay — we never see or store your card or bank details.
You can edit or remove any profile information at any time from your profile page, and request full account deletion by contacting the admin — this permanently removes your profile, photos and messages.
